Returns Policy for purchases from our online shop.

Customers can return items within 14 days from the date they received the item(s)

The purchaser is responsible to return the item(s) to us and the total cost of returning the item(s) is to be paid in full by the purchaser. When returning the item(s) the purchaser must also send the receipt of purchase. Only when we receive the item(s) and the receipt will a refund be made.
Also, any item(s) returned must be in the same condition you received it, and it must be unopened and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any of our Downloadable products.

We reserve the right to change or update our Returns Policy. We will, however, post any changes on this page.

Returns Policy for purchases from our physical shop.
Customers can return items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

When returning the item(s) to our shop in Paphos, Cyprus the purchaser must also bring with them the receipt of purchase. The item(s) can be refunded or exchanged with a coupon or a similar item of the same value.

Returned items must be in the same condition you received them, they must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please, inform us of this immediately via email or telephone. We will confirm the cancellation with you via email and refund the payment for the order.

If you cancel your order after it had already been dispatched, but it is still on the way to its destination, we will contact the courier and stop the delivery, however, we will deduct the carriage charge from the overall refund for the cancelled order.

If you wish to cancel the order after you have already received it, you have the right to do so within 14 days of the delivery date of the order. In such case, please, contact us, so that we can provide you with a Returns Form to fill in and include in the return. 
Please note, we will not reimburse the return postage charge or the initial delivery charge. We will request that you return the goods at your own cost.

Once the order is returned, we will refund your original method of payment less any postage charges incurred.

The goods should be unopened and in their original packaging.
