3. Receive your price before we begin

We will confirm the price of your bespoke crystal bracelet before starting work. You can then decide whether you would like us to proceed with your order.

4. We handmake your bracelet

Once you approve the design and pay your deposit, we will make your bracelet especially for you. Your bespoke crystal bracelet is usually ready for collection within 2 days. We will call you when it is ready.

50% deposit: A 50% deposit is required before we begin making your bespoke crystal bracelet.
Remaining balance: The remaining 50% is payable when you collect your bracelet.
Your satisfaction: If you are not happy with the finished bracelet and decide not to purchase it, you do not have to buy it, and we will return your 50% deposit.

We will discuss your design and confirm the price with you before starting work, so you can make your decision with confidence.
