Meditation workshop - 1 day
This is a complete Meditation workshop, that takes you through many different types of meditations, so you can experience a variety of meditation practices and find the one that best suits you at this time. I will also teach you how to control and stop the "monkey mind" that type of mind that keeps jumping around from thought to thought while meditating. I will also teach you meditations where you can still keep thinking while meditating. (all meditations are done while seated in a chair)
