Many people find it hard to meditate on their own for many reasons. Meditating in a group in a relaxed, loving, safe environment away from your day to day home distractions can make all the difference.
At our center we teach many types of meditation and also run weekly beginners and advanced meditation groups and monthly meditation retreats.
The meditation at our center can be performed while sitting in a chair or sat on a cushion on the floor it is your choice.
