Over the years working as a healer, mentor and teacher, one emphasis has been paramount in what I do.

Many clients came to me for energy healing and chakra balancing, which I was happy to help and assist them, but I always took time after the treatment to share my knowledge with them on why the imbalances happened and how to make changes in their daily lives to prevent these imbalances from happening again.
That is what this 6 week online mentoring course is all about LEARNING TO KEEP YOUR CHAKRAS BALANCED.

This course is for anyone who wants to learn in-depth about the 7 main chakra’s and how to keep them balanced, and for those that sometimes feel disconnected or out of place and for those who suffer from negative thinking, fear, worry and stress and want to live a more balanced, happier life.
This course is also for those that live a fast-paced lifestyle and want to have better focus, clarity, and perspective over personal and business decision making.
What will happen each week when we meet?
We will arrange a time for us to connect online each week, either through skype, facebook messenger, google meet or zoom, the mentoring will be 1 to 1 and for an hour each week. (6 hours of mentoring and teaching in total) each week we will cover different topics and you will have handouts, and practical training. (I will also send you each week a manual that covers everything we covered that session.) This training will then be used for you to practice daily each week to help you to keep your chakras balanced. On the following week we will go over areas where you may have found difficulty in practicing the processes and I will answer any questions you may have.
What to expect from this course?
This course is designed to give you the guidance, tools and techniques to keep your chakras balanced, I will guide and mentor you, helping you to put everything you learn in this course into daily practical use, so you can feel more balanced, calm and relaxed in your daily life.
The aim of this 6 weeks 1 to 1 mentoring and teaching course is to take you from where you are right now to a much better, more balanced and peaceful place.
A place where you are not controlled by your negative thoughts or the difficult situations that happen on a daily basis. A place where you feel more fulfilled, in control and empowered.
